Send Personalized Event text messages in the USA

1. Import Current Customer Details

You must have information about the customers you want to send personalized texts. You can either import or acquire it. If you have existing customer details, you can directly upload them to the desired channel. Whereas, if you need more details about your customers, you must collect them.

You must have written consent from your customer before you send them personalized text messages.

2. Receive Sufficient Information

You can collect additional information from your customers by simply asking them. It’s as simple as that.

3. Categorize Your Audience

One of the crucial steps is making lists of your customers depending on the information you receive through the data collection tool. For instance, a salon may segment its audience based on service preferences of beauty goals.

4. Write and Send Your Personalized Text Messages

Now create your message and insert any custom field you want.
